At Saint Croix, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury knitwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
